J&J Electric Limited was founded in 1969 by Jack and Maxine Tedford and has been providing professional electrical and mechanical services to Smiths Falls and surrounding areas ever since.
Today the company is run by sons Tim and Scott Tedford and a third generation Zachary Tedford is apprenticing to become a future J&J electrician.
The company now focuses strictly on electrical, HVAC and refrigeration which includes commercial, industrial and residential.

Tim Tedford is a licensed 313A-l Refrigeration Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic as well as a licensed G-2 gas fitter.
Scott Tedford is a licensed 309A Electrician Construction and Maintenance as well a Master Electrician.

We installed this Commercial Refrigeration to reduce humidity and deliver cool air to our clients entire manufacturing plant. Our certified Installers matched the plants square footage to the unit installed to ensure efficient cooling without issues.
Hi Efficient Gas / Propane Installation
This Smiths Falls client received a full heating and cooling high efficiency upgrade. This new unit replaced a older model that was no longer operating correctly. The efficiency of this furnace will make a major difference in the owners energy bills.

J&J Electric was asked by a client to perform a service change. Our client, with all the new appliances and technical devices being used in the home, realized they did’t have sufficient power available to handle the increased demand. We assessed the needs and installed a new Electrical panel.
